The establishment of Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of crampt cobblestone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Your first impression of Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

It’s probably at an important river juncture, ancient crossroads, or occupying the only safe path through some perilous wilderness. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with the defense of the research site against a siege, which ended in defeat for Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Lëng-êpía Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
